STAGE 3 SENIORS LIVING DEVELOPMENTI am excited to confirm that BG&B will lodge a Development Application later this month with LMCC for the Stage 3 Seniors Living Development designed by Architects EJE. While there are some boundaries that have been challenged we are hopeful that LMCC will be supportive of the Club’s third development that will positively impact local employment, and local business, and provide much-needed quality Seniors Living Housing. Members will be asked to approve the development and sale at the 2023 Annual General Meeting. More detail regarding the development will be supplied to members in the coming weeks. |

Driving Range & Coffee Hub
As seen in one of the images above the driving rage will have a cover, technology (ball tracking etc), and a Coffee Hub/Café that will service range patrons, cyclists, and pedestrians that use the Fernleigh Track.
The LV (low Voltage) power lines that cross above the hitting bays on the range will be removed and put underground to improve the aesthetics and functionality of both the structure and space.

Ladies Charity DayCongratulations to the ladies who raised vital funds for a fantastic cause that is close to the heart of us all. The team raised over $15,500 for Beyond Blue. Thank you to Stuart MacAskill who hit shots for the entire field of 144 ladies on the 16th hole with his closest shot on the day finishing 7cm from the hole which was playing straight into a strong NW wind.
